1. Eligibility

• Refunds may be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Refunds apply only to purchases made directly on skillsforkids.com.
• Purchases from third-party sellers or marketplaces are not covered by this policy.

2. How To Request A Refund

Email support@skillsforkids.com from the same email address used at checkout. Include your order number and a brief note about your experience — we read every message and use it to improve.

3. Processing Time

We process refund requests within 1–3 business days. Once approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method and typically appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

4. After A Refund

Once a refund is issued, your license to use the digital products is revoked and you agree to delete all downloaded files.
